Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of contentious trust and probate matters
• Work collaboratively on complex or urgent disputes
• Provide specialist advice to high-net-worth clients on trust, estate and property-related issues
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to team-wide case allocation and resource management
• Work closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues
