Contentious Construction NQ Lawyer

Leading national firm is looking to hire a contentious construction lawyer to join their highly successful team. This role can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh or hybrid-working.

Role Profile:

• This is an opportunity to join a high ranking construction team, working as part of a national practice group where you will specifically advise on contentious constructionissues.
• You will work with a broad range ofdevelopers, contractors andfunders and will work on major construction projects in Scotland and supporting the wider UK business.

Candidate Requirements:

You will ideally have prior contentious construction law experience (at least a 6 month seat during traineeship). Non-Contentious construction lawyers looking to move into a contentious role or general litigators looking to move into construction are also invited to apply.
