We are seeking a strategic thinker with a technical mindset to lead content planning and execution across client campaigns and internal initiatives. As a Content Strategist, you will shape narratives that resonate with financial audiences, drive engagement and support business objectives.

• Develop and implement content strategies tailored to financial services clients
• Conduct audience and market research to inform tone, format and distribution
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers and event managers to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Create editorial calendars and manage content workflows across multiple projects
• Audit existing client content and recommend improvements for SEO, clarity and brand alignment
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights
• Lead client workshops and strategy sessions to uncover messaging opportunities
• Build and conduct client training programmes in media relations, social marketing and sales support
• Stay up to date with financial trends, regulatory changes and content marketing innovations

• Proven experience in content strategy, marketing or financial communications
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and financial services terminology
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with precision
• Growth mindset with a creative approach and attention to detail

• Experience working in a content, marketing or PR agency or in-house equivalent
• Confidence in presenting ideas to clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience working on building original marketing campaigns
