Content Moderator - Danish or Swedish Speakers

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-month fixed term with potential for extension

Work Hours: Flexibility required for rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment

As a Content Moderator, you'll play a key role in protecting digital communities while ensuring compliance with established platform policies. Key Responsibilities
  • Review, classify, and remove content according to internal guidelines and quality standards
  • Stay informed about updates to content policies and ensure consistent application
  • Investigate, document, and elevate complex or sensitive user reports
  • Engage in discussions involving socially or culturally sensitive topics when needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate in training programs and team discussions to stay aligned with evolving practices
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in Danish or Swedish, with good command of English
  • Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and stress-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Awareness of current social, cultural, and political contexts in the supported region
  • Commitment to fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and non-standard shifts
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO environments is an advantage
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
