Content Moderator - Danish or Swedish Speakers
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-month fixed term with potential for extension
Work Hours: Flexibility required for rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
Join a dynamic Trust & Safety team committed to keeping online spaces safe and respectful. As a Content Moderator, you'll play a key role in protecting digital communities while ensuring compliance with established platform policies. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a safer internet and develop valuable analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review, classify, and remove content according to internal guidelines and quality standards
- Stay informed about updates to content policies and ensure consistent application
- Investigate, document, and elevate complex or sensitive user reports
- Engage in discussions involving socially or culturally sensitive topics when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in training programs and team discussions to stay aligned with evolving practices
- Fluent in Danish or Swedish, with good command of English
- Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and stress-management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to think critically under pressure
- Awareness of current social, cultural, and political contexts in the supported region
- Commitment to fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and non-standard shifts
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO environments is an advantage
