The Role
Location: Leeds (2-3 days in the office)Type: Full Time and permanent

We are looking for a Content Manager to join the Brand team within our Marketing division. This role is responsible for supporting content creation aligned with our group content strategy across core channels, with the aim of inspiring a healthier nation and building brand strength across our three core countries (UK, Switzerland and Denmark).
Key duties will include:
- Support the Senior Content Manager to create content aligned with the group content marketing strategy to inspire a healthier nation, build our brand and support acquisition and retention goals.
- Help to research content opportunities to support low-confidence gym users and engage growth audiences to build healthy habits. Utilising key content channels and wider marketing functions such as CRM, App, SEO, Digital and Local Marketing.
- Work closely with the Senior Content Manager and DK social and content manager to bring the content strategy to life with detailed channel content plans, localised for all Group markets.
- Create detailed content briefs and work closely with creative studio team to ensure briefs, pre-production and post-production deliverables are aligned with our strategic content vision.
- Organise and manage end-to-end creative content shoots, either with our internal video team or external content suppliers. Including but not limited to booking shoot locations, talent casting, scripting and attending shoots to ensure consistent brand and creative vision for content projects.
- Create engaging and educational creative blog content that is well researched or supported through expert contributions, to maintain our presence as a voice of authority in the health and fitness space. Working closely with the SEO manager to optimise.
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and the group campaign team to activate and amplify brand campaigns and key brand moments through core content channels.
- Report and analyse monthly performance of content projects and campaigns against KPIs on all our key content channels.
The Person
- 2 years' experience in content marketing, with a track record of creating engaging content that drives engagement.
- Have a good understanding of how content can play a key role in all stages of the marketing funnel to target different audiences.
- Passionate about health and fitness with a drive to make a difference to people's lives through content.
- Have experience delivering content volume at scale across multiple projects and campaigns, with excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Experience managing content production/adaptations across multiple territories and languages is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience writing detailed content briefs and working closely with a creative production team to bring content projects to life.
- Attention to detail and an eye for what good content looks like.
- Great knowledge of current and emerging content channels, and a good understanding of how content can be natively optimised. A particular interest in YouTube content is desirable.
- Have an analytical mindset, with experience reporting on the effectiveness of content and social performance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally - collaborating with various teams and stakeholders on content projects.
- Experience writing educational and creative blog content. Knowledge of SEO is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience editing content and using editing software is desirable, but not essential.
