Job Overview:

Reporting to the VP Head of Marketing, the Content Manager will play a critical role in scaling content creation using AI tools to generate, refine, and distribute compelling content tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile. You'll manage and own the content calendar and distribution workflows, ensuring the steady delivery of engaging and insightful content that supports demand generation, builds brand authority, and speaks directly to the operational challenges our audience faces.

Rather than creating every asset from scratch, you'll focus on leveraging AI tools to accelerate production - prompting, refining, and editing content to a high standard. You'll ensure consistency, alignment with business goals, and that each piece resonates with our B2B audience.

We're looking for a tech-savvy content professional who enjoys using innovative tools to drive efficiency, quality, and impact.

Location

Powerverse offers a hybrid working environment, with employees typically spending two days per week in the office and the rest working remotely.

Our office is located in the iconic County Hall building in Westminster, London, right across the river from the Houses of Parliament.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

  • Use AI tools to generate and refine blog posts, press releases, campaign assets, whitepapers, and more.
  • Curate and evolve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects our brand voice, ICP needs, and marketing goals.
  • Refine content around our value to our target audiences, positioning Powerverse as a trusted advisor.
  • Create video scripts or storyboards with AI assistance Content Calendar & Distribution.
  • Own and manage the editorial and distribution calendar across all channels (web, LinkedIn, email, internal)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Product) to align content with GTM strategies, campaigns, and launches.

Strategic Input & Optimisation

  • Propose new content ideas aligned with industry trends and customer pain points
  • Use SEO tools and AI capabilities to identify content gaps and opportunities
  • Analyse content performance to refine future topics, formats, and channels

Collateral Development

  • Write and edit press releases and partnership announcements with AI drafting support.
  • Develop supporting content for sales presentations, events and webinars that align with strategic messaging
  • Develop case studies with existing partners to showcase success Cross-functional Collaboration.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create narratives that support strategic messaging and lead generation
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content outputs.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B role.
  • Proven experience managing and refining AI-generated content.
  • Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail across multiple formats.
  • Experience with content planning and SEO.
  • An understanding of renewable technology and the energy industry is beneficial.
  • Experience with video content is beneficial.
