About the role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to take full ownership of our content strategy and execution. You'll craft compelling content across multiple formats, manage a dynamic content calendar, and collaborate closely with our growth team to maximize impact.

You'll play a key role in building our brand, driving traffic, and converting audiences-bringing ideas to life from concept to distribution.



Responsibilities

  • Execute and evolve the content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Content creation: Create a variety of marketing content, including blog articles, guides, social media posts, press releases, presentation decks, and video scripts. You'll collaborate with internal and/or external teams to build and maintain the content calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Content roadmap: Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent production of high-quality content across multiple mediums and audiences.
  • Content distribution: Think distribution-first. Collaborate with our growth expert to drive traffic, update existing content for SEO and conversions, and repurpose content across multiple channels.
  • Content measurement: Analyze performance and prioritize content that builds our brand, drives traffic, and converts.
  • Content process: Develop and maintain streamlined processes, tools, and workflows.



Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2C companies.
  • Experience independently managing content roadmaps, editorial calendars, and production workflows across diverse content types.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and tools to measure content success.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong creativity, autonomy, and initiative in researching, ideating, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English.
