We're now looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to join our growing team and help us shape the stories that inspire and captivate our global audience, and report into our Head of Brand andMarketing.

As Content Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality, engaging content across all marketing channels, ensuring everything we publish reflects our brand voice, values, and luxury positioning. From editorial pieces in our Journal , to short-form videos, emails, and social media campaigns, your content will help bring our brand to life and enhance our customer experience.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where creativity meets strategy. You'll work closely with our Head of Brand and Marketing, as well as a network of talented freelancers, creators, and internal teams, to lead the full content lifecycle -from planning and creation to performance analysis.

  • Support the development and execution of a compelling content strategy that supports brand and business goals.
  • Create, edit, and manage a variety of content types including written articles, social media posts, video scripts, and marketing collateral.

Channel Management:

  • Own the content calendar and manage publishing across our core channels, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns align with wider marketing plans.
  • Partner with the SEO Manager to optimise content for search performance.
  • Track and report on key content performance metrics -providing actionable insights and adapting strategies where needed.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support broader marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Manage external content partners and freelancers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative standards are met.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in content marketing.
