Content Designer (UX Writer/UCD) OR User Researcher

We are hiring for Content Designer (UX Writer/UCD) OR User Researcher

Location: Hybrid - Manchester

Lead the end-to-end design process by translating complex user needs and "Job Stories" into clear, actionable content strategies (User-Centred Design (UCD).

Use a mix of qualitative research and quantitative data to advocate for the user. You'll participate in lab sessions, analyze metrics, and utilize iterative Agile methodologies to refine content from Alpha through to Live phases.

Create and implement rigorous content standards and style guides. You are responsible for ensuring all journeys are inclusive, accessible (WCAG 2.2), and legally compliant within regulated environments.

Work within multi-disciplinary teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to manage backlogs and define scope.
