About you The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator and Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic marketing team under a permanent contract (CDI).

You will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing online campaigns, and enhancing our brand's digital footprint across various platforms.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to make a real impact and work closely with a motivated and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management

• Create and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
• Produce and edit short videos and reels to support marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Develop and execute SEO and SEM marketing campaigns.
• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performances and digital traffic using tools like Google Analytics and propose optimisations.

Visual Content Development

• Design high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and InDesign.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.

E-commerce and Website Management

• Support the backend management of e-commerce websites and online shops.
• Regularly update and optimise website content aligned with marketing strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure content strategies support business goals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Desired Profile

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
• Experience with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Fast learner, comfortable working with short deadlines and unexpected changes.
• Agility and flexibility in a dynamic SME environment.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
