Role description

This is a new and broad role reporting into the Co-Founder. You're responsible for the customer journey with a focus on our website. Your responsibilities span three key areas:


1. Content Creation

You will create engaging content designed to educate and inspire dog parents. For example, we have detailed scientific insights behind each product and how it works - your job is to transform this complex information into visually appealing, clear and easy-to-digest content for our website. You will also develop other helpful content pieces, such as How-To-Use sections. You'll develop the concepts and write the copy - and collaborate w/ our internal Creative Video Team for production.


2. Go-To-Market & Product Marketing

Internally, we clearly understand how our products differ from competitors, this is guided by three key pillars (USPs) that we follow strictly since day 1. We have not yet communicated this externally well. You will be responsible for effectively reflecting our USPs across packaging, product pages and other customer-facing touchpoints.


3. (Digital) Product Management

You will enhance the online shopping experience by creating relevant bundles, gifts, and other new initiatives that are relevant/helpful for our customers.


You'll be constantly working cross-functionally with our

  • Creative & Video team;
  • Growth & Customer Success team;
  • Growing portfolio of 100+ creators & influencers;
  • Vets and nutritional experts;
  • Etc.


About you

  • You really, really like to build stuff and produce content;
  • You have incredible (written) communication skills and the rare ability to translate complex information into simple, easy-to-digest and fun content;
  • You like to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • It's a bonus if you have basic content creation skills (eg. if you know your way around Figma);
  • In terms of experience, anywhere from 1 to 5 years;

Practical details & requirement (all are non-negotiable)

  • C2 fluency in Dutch;
  • Full-time position 40h/week;
  • Fully on-site role located in Amsterdam-Central;
  • You can work remotely in another country four calendar weeks per year;
