Spotify Studios is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team in London. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional responsible for editing video podcasts and supporting the production of Spotify's owned, licensed, and partner shows, including the Ringer portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Manage studio calendars to facilitate in-studio bookings.
2. Coordinate with podcast producers, partner managers, and production teams for seamless recording sessions.
3. Procure gear and supplies for studios as needed.
4. Assist in editing audio and video podcasts, including mixing, editing, and basic graphics implementation.
5. Provide technical support for studio productions, troubleshooting, and remote shoot solutions.
6. Maintain studio spaces to meet talent and industry standards.
7. Implement technical improvements as necessary.
8. Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in digital video production, including podcasts and content for platforms like YouTube and Twitch.
2. Ability to work from our London office up to five days a week.
3. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Adobe Premiere and the Adobe suite.
4. Experience with the entire podcast production process and working with high-profile talent.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
6. Sound judgment in evaluating content.
7. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
