Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 + 20% Annual Bonus

This dynamic role offers you the freedom to design and deliver innovative training programs, boost skills for new and existing reps, and lead a cutting-edge Quality Assurance strategy. With potential offshore collaboration and a supportive team, you'll work alongside VPs, Team Leaders, and outsource providers to drive excellence.

What You'll Do:
- Create engaging training (product knowledge, call-handling, digital skills)
- Lead workshops and coach reps to success
- Create and manage induction training
You Are:
- A contact centre manager with 2+ years' experience
- A training & facilitation expert with a passion for people
- Data-savvy, adaptable, and a problem-solver
- Experienced with across Omnichannel environments
- Bonus points for travel/loyalty experience
What you'll receive:
- £45,000 salary
- 20% annual bonus
- 26 days AL
- Hybrid work to their Manchester office
