Job Description

Job Title: Contact Centre Team LeadSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Typically around £35,000)Location: Bristol, United KingdomHours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (UK time)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly motivated customer service professionals, focusing on developing and empowering them to deliver world-class customer service.
  • Support multiple regions and represent the Centre of Excellence.
  • Play an integral role in enhancing customer service offering across all communication channels.
  • Manage team's contribution towards operational and service delivery goals, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Actively manage, coach, and provide development plans for team members, resolving performance issues promptly.
  • Assist in handling escalations and identifying trends for improvement.
  • No weekend work required.

Experience:

  • Strong leadership experience in managing a multi-skilled high-volume Customer Service Team.
  • Understanding of Operations/Contact Centre environment.
  • Efficient in prioritising workloads with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify trends and drive change, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
