You will be at the forefront of the customer experience-providing best-in-class support and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Job description
- Professionally handle calls from customers and partners worldwide
- Log and manage support cases
- Gather key details to help expert teams resolve issues efficiently
- Guide customers and partners on how to log and manage their own cases
- Assign cases to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert teams
- Deliver timely support across phone, email, and case systems
- Provide initial troubleshooting, product guidance, and solutions
Key experience
- Strong communication skills-you can connect with people at all levels
- A natural problem-solver who asks the right questions
- A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Contact centre experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is helpful, but not required
