Contact Centre Analytics & Performance Specialist

ESB, based in Wilton, Cork, is seeking a Performance Analyst for the Contact Centre to analyse operational, telephony, customer and workforce data and provide timely insights that inform decisions and performance management.

The role requires a minimum 3 years' relevant experience, a degree in Data Analytics/CS/Math/Engineering, and strong Power BI, SQL, Azure analytics, Python or R skills. Hybrid working with at least two days in the Wilton office is offered.
