This role is offered on a 30 hours per week contract and is based at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham, with a planned start date of Tuesday, 8 th September 2026.

30 hours per week

4 x 7.5 hour shifts

Your contracted hours will be flexible, either Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, and your shifts will be allocated across the following hours:

• Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:30
• Saturday - 08:00 to 18:00
• Sunday - 10:00 to 18:00

These roles are office based in our Contact Centre in Altrincham. Working together in person means you'll be part of a supportive team environment where colleagues can collaborate and build great relationships every day.

What's in the role and what are we looking for?

You will receive inbound calls directly from our customers looking to place orders or ask questions about our products. We are looking for individuals who are great listeners, confident and motivated with a positive attitude.

Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, as are basic keyboards skills. Experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.

As we are so passionate about our products, service and heritage, we ensure our training covers every part of our journey and the customers. Therefore, you will spend the first couple of weeks training at our Contact Centre offices in Altrincham, you will train with other new starters, get to meet your colleagues and our Contact Centre management team.

We offer extensive training for these roles which will begin from Tuesday 8 th September 2026.
