PR Account Director - Manchester (Hybrid) - £45k-£52k

Role:

• Cultivate strong client relationships, providing expert counsel on PR, social media, and communications strategies.
• Work with the wider team to craft and deliver winning campaigns that affect real change in audience perception.
• Ensure a high quality of innovative, creative work is delivered to client timescales and KPIs.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of communications specialists for day-to-day operations and development.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to organic and new business proposals.
• Drive successful press office activity to deliver both earned media coverage and strong social results.

About you:

• Several years' agency experience leading a variety of accounts, ideally including FMCG sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and social media landscapes, plus influencer engagement.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, press office oversight, and consumer campaigns.
• Comfortable managing, motivating, and guiding teams while nurturing internal talent.
• A strategic mindset that thrives on creative challenges and fast-paced environments.
