️ Identity Specialist (AD DS & Entra ID)

We are looking for an expert in identity management with over 7 years of experience in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), particularly in hybrid environments.

Technical Skills Required

Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS):

• Deep understanding of physical and logical AD structure
• Expertise in AD objects (user and group management)
• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Proficient in Sites and Services configuration

Entra ID (Azure Active Directory):

• Administration and security configuration of Entra ID
• Management of hybrid identity setups (Azure AD Connect, password synchronization, Pass-through Authentication, etc.)
• Creation and management of users, groups, and roles
• Configuration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Implementation of Conditional Access Policies
• Experience with Identity Protection (risk detection and automated responses)
• Experience with Passwordless Authentication (FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business)
• Use of Microsoft Graph API for automation and custom reporting
• Configuration and monitoring with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting related to Entra ID activity
• Strong experience in hybrid identity environments and Entra ID Connect synchronization

Preferred Certifications

• AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Languages

• Spanish (native/fluent)
• English (professional working proficiency)
• Portuguese (valuable)
