Are you ready for an opportunity that combines personal development with real-world experience? Join our paid three-day in-person work shadowing programme on 5th August 2025, where you'll be immersed in our Consulting team.

Our Consulting services include six key solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring.

We want you to gain the most from your experience, enjoy your time with us, and make a meaningful impact. Let your journey inspire your future!

During the programme, you will:

1. Attend insight sessions across Consulting.
2. Participate in group activities to develop skills such as communication and teamwork.
3. Hear from current students about their career paths.
4. Provide feedback at the end of the programme.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate recognizing your newly developed skills.

We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. To be eligible, you must:

• Be in Year 12 or 13.
• Have a predicted minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• Show enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.

The programme starts on 5th August 2025. Successful applicants must be available for the entire duration.

Our Recruitment Process

Applicants will complete an online application and assessment, including numerical reasoning, followed by a 30-minute telephone interview.
