Consulting Manager ( Treasury Technology)

We are working exclusively with one of the world's leading professional services firms, as they continue to expand their market-leading Treasury & Risk Transformation Practice.

They are now seeking an experienced Treasury Manager with deep FIS Quantum (formerly Quantum/Treasury Management System) implementation experience to join their high-growth team and deliver complex treasury transformation programmes for FTSE 100 and global clients.

This is a client-facing, hands-on delivery role with strategic involvement across implementation, project leadership, and business development.

The Role

As a Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of FIS Quantum, including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Work closely with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior stakeholders to understand their treasury needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Oversee project teams and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Support the pre-sales and sales cycle-building proposals, scoping new projects, and presenting to prospective clients
• Bridge the gap between technical delivery and strategic business impact

What You'll Need

• Proven experience delivering multiple FIS Quantum (formerly Quantum TMS) implementations, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment
• Experience in leading treasury projects-from discovery and design through to deployment
• Ability to support business development activities, including RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
• Solid understanding of corporate treasury operations, cash management, risk management, and TMS functionality
• Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a consultative mindset
