Poste basé au Plessis Robinson Equipe Notre département Agence accompagne les bailleurs dans la location de leurs actifs (immeubles de bureaux, d'activité, de logistique, et de retail) ainsi que les entreprises afin de trouver les locaux qui correspondent à leurs besoins.Nos consultants jouent un rôle d'intermédiaire entre propriétaires, locataires et acquéreurs potentiels, et apportent leur savoir-faire à toutes les étapes de la transaction (de la prospection à la signature du bail). Missions Vous intervenez sur la thématique des locaux d'activités. Vous êtes entouré d'une équipe reconnue et de professionnels confirmés attachés à votre réussite. Ils vous permettront d'être rapidement opérationnel et de bénéficier de nombreux contacts. Vous prospectez et conseillez un large éventail de clients : des propriétaires (institutionnels, investisseurs, promoteurs ) ainsi que des utilisateurs en recherche de locaux (des entreprises ou entrepreneurs), Vous proposez les solutions les mieux adaptées à leurs besoins immobiliers et à la spécificité de leurs métiers, à la location comme à la vente, Vous exprimez votre réactivité et vos compétences commerciales en sécurisant des négociations de haut niveau ainsi que la perception des honoraires liés à vos transactions. Vous êtes idéalement issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (Bac+4/5), Vous souhaitez développer les compétences acquises au cours de vos études et/ou de vos premières expériences de la négociation immobilière ou du B to B, Vous démontrez au quotidien vos dispositions à qualifier, prospecter, et fidéliser de nouveaux clients, Votre capacité analytique vous permet d'appréhender rapidement le marché, les caractéristiques de votre territoire et d'en maîtriser parfaitement les composantes et atouts, Vous faites preuve de rigueur dans le respect de process et la gestion d'outils, notamment marketing, fruits d'une importante culture d'entreprise, Votre compréhension de l'environnement économique global et des enjeux stratégiques de vos interlocuteurs vous permet de tenir auprès d'eux un véritable rôle de conseil, Vous avez la capacité à travailler dans des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
