Appointment type: Full Time, Permanent
Overall purpose of the roleReporting to the Consultant Services Manager, the Consultant Services Lead will act as the champion for consultant engagement, education, and support, ensuring trusted relationships with consultants and monitoring their compliance with CMA Order requirements.
The role involves facilitating communication, analyzing feedback, tracking engagement through CRM, and preparing compliance reports for regulators.
Specific responsibilities- Identify and segment consultants for communication and engagement.
- Maintain and improve PHIN's CRM system.
- Create supporting materials for consultants, including Portal content, guides, and videos.
- Organize and lead meetings and training sessions with consultants.
- Manage the consultant mailbox and respond to queries promptly.
- Track Data Subject Access Requests and liaise with Data Protection Officers.
- Develop SOPs for the engagement team.
- Review fee submissions and approve profile forms for the Portal.
- Coordinate with external service providers for mailing campaigns.
- Lead projects and contribute to technical requirements for Portal/website.
- Develop our 'Learning Academy' platform and tutorials.
- Support communication planning and reporting to CMA.
- Produce monthly reports on consultant engagement.
- Monitor progress and issues raised by consultants.
- Assist in preparing reports for the Board and CMA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong workload management and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with mailing systems like DotDigital.
Proven experience liaising with stakeholders, organizing events, and supporting members/customers. Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative. Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
