Job Description

A leading University Health Board in South Wales is seeking an ambitious Consultant Rheumatologist to join a growing and well-established Rheumatology team serving a population of over 400,000.

This is an excellent opportunity to shape services, develop clinical interests, and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment - all while enjoying an exceptional quality of life by the coast.

The Opportunity

You will join a team of Consultant Rheumatologists, supported by specialist registrars, specialist nurses, and a strong MDT, delivering comprehensive Rheumatology services across the local hospital sites.

Teaching, Research & Development

About You

We are keen to hear from motivated clinicians who are:

  • GMC registered with a licence to practise
  • On the GMC Specialist Register in Rheumatology, or within 6 months of CCT at interview
  • Clinically confident in managing a wide range of rheumatological conditions, including complex disease
  • Committed to multidisciplinary working and service improvement
  • Interested in teaching, leadership, audit or research
