Consultant Radiologist

Overview

We are looking for Consultant Radiologists to work in a University Hospital in Ireland.

The successful candidate will participate in a broad spectrum of imaging undertaken by the Consultant Radiologists in a busy acute hospital, including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and X-Ray. In addition, there are opportunities to focus on the sub-speciality interests of Breast Radiology and Interventional Radiology. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the hospital campus. Acute on call will be part of the duties on a 1:7 basis, however the hospital currently collaborates with a Tele-Radiology Service Provider who provides On Call Services for the reporting of CT Scans outside of rostered hours, thereby supporting the 24/7 radiology service provided and allowing the Radiologists to achieve a more flexible work/life balance.

Benefits

Very competitive salaries: on a scale of €217,325 to €261,051 per annum, depending on experience. Continuous professional development is regarded as being extremely important, and up to €12,000 per annum is provided to support CPD.

An innovation fund of up to €8000 per annum is also available.
