Job Description
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Assertive Outreach Team. Based at Legrams Terrace, Fieldhead Business Centre, you will lead clinical assessments, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary reviews for adults with complex mental health needs, including outpatient clinics and home visits.
