Consultant Practitioner - Practice & Quality

Salary range: £29,000-£31,000 (depending on experience)

We are creating a Consultant Practitioner role to act as the practice expert across our residential and outreach services.

This is a pivotal role within our new model-supporting staff to deliver work that is:

relational

reflective

analytically strong

You will:

lead reflective practice and group supervision

support complex cases and practice dilemmas

work alongside Assessing Social Workers to strengthen analysis

help embed consistent practice frameworks across the service

This is not a line management role.

It is about influence, credibility and professional leadership.

We're looking for someone who:

is recognised as a strong practitioner

can challenge and support in equal measure

brings depth of experience in working with families

is committed to anti-oppressive and reflective practice
