A respected high street firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join as a Consultant. Ideal for someone wanting flexibility while handling high quality commercial work.

The Role

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development work
• Commercial leases
• Managing your own caseload independently

Candidate Requirements

• Strong commercial property experience
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good IT literacy
• Ideally a client following
