Conduct site visits to maximise value and showcase Daikin's competitive advantage. Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams to create high-quality project specifications. Act as the first point of support for allocated customers, ensuring exceptional service. Expand the range of Daikin products specified in projects to deliver total solutions. Manage project pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems. Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions to upskill customers on products and legislation. Generate new leads, map customer networks, and drive the growing regional activity. About You: Your strong networking skills has allowed you to establish trusted relationships with M&E Consultants. An excellent ability at influencing at early stages to secure a solid specification sales pipeline. Highly organised, you thrive in having the autonomy in managing your own work schedule. Customer-centric mindset, with thorough technical product knowledge to tailor bespoke solutions.
