Smith Property is seeking an experienced and commercially minded consultant to support the continued expansion of our professional valuation and advisory services division.

This is a flexible consultancy-based opportunity suited to an experienced property professional or chartered surveyor capable of undertaking commercial valuation assignments independently and to the highest professional standards.

The successful consultant will work across a broad range of commercial, mixed-use, investment, and development property instructions throughout Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial property knowledge
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
• Professional presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to manage instructions independently
• Strong understanding of Irish property markets
• High ethical and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• MSCSI / MRICS / REV
• Registered Valuer status
• Existing professional or banking relationships
