Social Care Worker - Separated Children Seeking International Protection

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position

Typical schedule: 12-hour shift patterns - days and waking nights.

Salary: €18.38 per hour Monday-Sunday plus €2 per hour for nightshifts DOE

Location: Louth Tullyallen

Residential service, supporting children who are seeking international protection who have been separated from their families.

6 x residents in each house. Age group: 12 - 18 years

• 21 days annual leave, 23 after 2 years, 25 after 3 years

Requirements:

• Level 7 or 8 in applied Social Studies or Similar field
• Car and full Licence
• Full Flexibility to work a residential roster
• Experience in caring for young persons
• Experience of report writing and support plans
