We are seeking commercially astute professionals with deep negotiation expertise to join as Consultants, delivering transformative training and advisory solutions to senior leaders and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Working across The Netherlands (with travel as required), you will deliver dynamic, behaviour-based training and bespoke workshops to senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives of Fortune 500 companies.

Your influence won't stop in the training room. You'll also provide targeted coaching, mentoring, and real-time support to help clients apply skills immediately in high-stakes situations, creating lasting impact on both individual and organisational performance.

• Strong commercial experience in sales, procurement, or commercial management, where negotiation has been core to your success.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leaders.
• A passion for delivering learning and development experiences that drive behaviour change and business results.
• Proven ability to build strong, trusted client relationships.
• A flexible approach to travel (up to 75%) across The Netherlands.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential (additional languages are a plus).
• A mindset for continuous improvement and a natural curiosity for learning.

Salary €90-100k + bonus + 10k car allowance.
