We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team working on government projects. You will design, implement, and maintain web applications tailored to the unique needs of Defence & Security.

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications for public sector projects.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Create responsive interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop secure server-side logic with relevant languages and frameworks.
• Implement security best practices in compliance with government regulations.
• Conduct security assessments and collaborate on vulnerability mitigation.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for system communication.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

Skills and Experience

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain UK Developed Vetting security clearance. Essential skills include:

• Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling for government applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills tailored to public sector challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with government processes, policies, and UX principles.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of security standards for government data.
