The Role
  • Advising clients on a range of construction law matters, including contract drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution.

  • Handling contentious and non-contentious work, including construction litigation, adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

  • Working with developers, contractors, and public sector clients on high-value infrastructure and construction projects.

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, and warranties.

  • Providing legal support on project delivery and regulatory compliance.

The Person
  • NQ-4 years' PQE with experience in construction law from a well-regarded firm.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts, adjudication, and dispute resolution.
