Construction Site Supervisor - Concrete Repair

We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with Concrete Repair experience to carry out works according to the contract specification and assist management with the day-to-day running of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and production rates.

Location: Bristol, BS31 2ED

Salary: Competitive, DOE + Excellent Benefits

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The role involves:

  1. Delegating duties to site operatives
  2. Representing the company at site meetings
  3. Motivating, coaching, supporting, and guiding operatives
  4. Supervising sub-contractors
  5. Maintaining accurate site records
  6. Conducting toolbox talks, site inductions, and inspections
  7. Raising requisitions for materials, plant, and PPE
  8. Maintaining photographic records of site activities
  9. Ensuring good timekeeping and compliance with instructions
  10. Supporting site cleanliness and safety protocols
  11. Upholding professionalism, integrity, and quality standards
  12. Contributing to health & safety, sustainability, and social value goals

Requirements:

  • Concrete Repair experience (essential)
  • CSCS (Gold) card or working towards it
  • Health & Safety awareness (CITB)
  • NVQ Level 3 in occupational work supervision or equivalent
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • SSSTS certification
  • Full UK driver's license
