Construction Project Planner

As a Planner at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of projects across multiple locations, working in collaboration with our engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams while proficient with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
• Integrate project programme(s) into the 3D design in accordance with client requirements.
• Expand scheduled activities including MEP programme to sequence the build and integrate within the BIM model.
• Work with the sales team on client calls and demonstrate schedule and construction knowledge.
• Perform project data analytics with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
• Provide regular progress reporting to customers and the company.
• Monitor productivity and completion deadlines.
• Interact with stakeholders in a front end role.
• Provide technical and assurance support for planning and project controls.

Essential Experience Required

• At least 2 years of scheduling experience.
• Construction related degree or background in M&E trade.
• Good knowledge of the construction industry and MEP planning (data centres or high tech/mission critical sectors preferred).
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Ability to analyse construction sequences, identify risks and hazards, and resolve coordination issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Coaching and challenging of management and non specialists.
• 4D construction software experience is advantageous but not essential.
