As a Construction Project Manager you will manage day-to-day tasks overseeing building projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, team coordination, client communication, safety, and compliance with regulations, bridging the gap between stakeholders like architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Proficiency in cost control and project cost management. Experience with construction software. Expertise in reporting processes. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams. Relevant degree in Project Management or a related field Membership in a professional organization such as CIOB is a plus.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Construction Project Manager and be living within a commutable distance of Stockport, Greater Manchester, Macclesfield or be willing to relocate.
