Construction Project Manager

A progressive construction and project management consultancy, who provide a full range of surveying, project management across building project lifecycles are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

The Project Manager will work within a collaborative team environment on a range of building projects across residential, commercial, industrial, educational, leisure, and healthcare.

The ideal Project Manager will hold a qualification in Project Management, QS, or Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing building projects within a consultancy, client side or developer environment.

Experience desired:

• Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying is required
• 2 years+ Project Management experience, some of which MUST have been gained within a consultancy, client side or developer environment
• Previous project management experience delivering medium/largescale residential, leisure, industrial or healthcare projects through to final completion
• High level of proficiency in IT
• Excellent report writing skills with an eye for detail
• Contract administration
• Strong business acumen
• High level of written and verbal communication
• Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work for all clients
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential

Salary & Benefits include:
