Construction Project Manager

Project: Active Travel & Public Realm Location: Tralee, Kerry Duration: Permanent Position Benefits: Vehicle, Fuel Card, Pension, EAP system Your new role as Construction Project Manager

• Manage works on site, including oversight of subcontractors
• Ensure site activities hit timelines, budget and contract requirements
• Promote a Health & Safety first culture on site
• Work with clients, client reps, local authorities and other stakeholders
• Manage procurement and supply chain for projects

What you'll need to be successful as Construction Project Manager

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong Civils background - utilities, water & public realm preferred
• Public Works Contract experience
• Experience in a client facing role
• Degree education in a Construction or Engineering field is desirable
