Construction Project Manager (Early Career) About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, early career construction Project Manager to join our growing team of construction project management professionals. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers to deliver high quality Programme and Project Management services for a portfolio of prestigious public and private sector clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the built environment, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to meaningful, complex projects from day one.

What You Will Do
  • Assisting in project planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Supporting client communication and team coordination
  • Preparing documentation and contributing to procurement processes
  • Conducting site visits and participating in design and project meetings
  • Ensuring actions are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and compliance

About You
  • Has a relevant degree (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, or related discipline)
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
  • Is eager to develop professionally and contribute to a high performing project team
  • Shows initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
  • Has 2 3 years relevant experience, placement, or exposure to the construction industry
