About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team in Dublin on a really exciting portfolio of Data Centre projects across Europe. In this role you will

• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that they are always observed
• Ensure successful execution of projects portfolio
• Development and monitoring of detailed EPC construction schedules
• Monitoring internal validation and gateway sign off process
• Prepare and review reporting dashboards across the portfolio
• Working with team members to ensure risk management and change control procedures are implemented and followed
• Attending site meetings as required although the role is predominantly remote based working out of one of our offices
• Ensure the production of weekly /monthly reports are completed on time and in compliance with client requirements

We would welcome your application if you have

• A relevant third level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Surveying
• Experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role, but others will be considered
• Experience in Data Centre projects required
• Excellent leadership skills
• A high level of reporting skills
• Proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes
• Experience in contract administration (NEC & FIDIC preferred)
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• A shrewd precise eye for detail
• A motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile
