About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team in Dublin on a really exciting portfolio of Data Centre projects across Europe. In this role you will
- Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively
- Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
- Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that they are always observed
- Ensure successful execution of projects portfolio
- Development and monitoring of detailed EPC construction schedules
- Monitoring internal validation and gateway sign off process
- Prepare and review reporting dashboards across the portfolio
- Working with team members to ensure risk management and change control procedures are implemented and followed
- Attending site meetings as required although the role is predominantly remote based working out of one of our offices
- Ensure the production of weekly /monthly reports are completed on time and in compliance with client requirements
We would welcome your application if you have
- A relevant third level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Surveying
- Experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role, but others will be considered
- Experience in Data Centre projects required
- Excellent leadership skills
- A high level of reporting skills
- Proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes
- Experience in contract administration (NEC & FIDIC preferred)
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- A shrewd precise eye for detail
- A motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile
