Construction Manager/Site Supervisor - Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

About the Role

An established engineering environment is seeking a Construction Manager/Site Supervisor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects across the Berlin and Brandenburg region. The role focuses on civil engineering works including road and traffic planning, development projects, and water and wastewater systems.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to a range of impactful projects that support regional development and long-term infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects for public and private sector clients across HOAI service phases 6-9.
• Deliver on-site construction supervision across the Berlin/Brandenburg region.
• Monitor and coordinate construction contractors and all project stakeholders.
• Oversee quality, schedules, and costs, including change order management.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors, including handling contractual correspondence.
• Support the preparation of tenders and contract documentation.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• 1-2+ years of experience in construction supervision or site management, ideally within civil engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge of VOB regulations and construction contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Project and Java tendering software is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder management.
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence required.
