We're currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our client-side team on a major early-stage pharmaceutical project in Ghent.

About the role:

• Serve as the main link between the client and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and progress
• Oversee site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
• Take charge of driving work onsite, proactively addressing challenges and solutions
• Contribute hands-on expertise to bring the project to life

What we're looking for:

• Trade-based background, field experience and practical know-how are highly valued
• Proven ability to lead construction activities onsite
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
