Construction Commercial Lead

Vision Built is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial aspects of major modular and offsite construction projects in the UK. You will drive cost and value management, oversee reporting, and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors.

You will mentor the commercial team, develop staff capability, and ensure governance and safety standards while building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires robust negotiation and leadership skills.
