Job Description

Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team.

If you are a driven and customer-oriented sales professional with a passion for design and the ability to create bespoke solutions, we would love to hear from you!

This is a self-employed position, offering the freedom to manage your own schedule and the potential for uncapped earnings!

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Receiving industry-leading training to gain in-depth knowledge of our bespoke living space and conservatory products.
  2. Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their homes or utilizing our remote selling framework.
  3. Conducting in-depth consultations to understand customer requirements and design preferences.
  4. Providing expert advice on conservatory options, materials, and design possibilities.
  5. Preparing and presenting detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer.
  6. Educating customers about our products and services, thinking on your feet, and cross-selling where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Self-motivated individuals confident in communicating with customers at a senior level.
  2. Strong design sense and ability to translate customer preferences into bespoke conservatory plans using CAD.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  5. Flexibility with workloads and hours.
  6. High customer service standards.
  7. Experience in Home Improvements or similar fields is preferred.
  8. Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
