I am seeking an experienced, client-facing advisory professional to join a small team in London. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in managing and delivering conduct risk and compliance projects within retail financial services, including retail banking, consumer credit, motor finance, insurance, or wealth management.

The candidate should have a proven ability to provide detailed, pragmatic, and insightful regulatory risk advice to clients, as well as assist them in navigating their relationship with the FCA.

Our client has a small but highly motivated and knowledgeable team based in The City, with hybrid working arrangements. The role involves mentoring and developing junior staff, managing client relationships, and delivering critical business programs.
