Computer Repair & Sales Senior Technician

Position Overview: As a senior Computer Repair & Sales Technician, this role offers the opportunity to leverage your in-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software. You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving complex issues across Apple devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient repair procedures to optimise workflow and success rates.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering their technical growth.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
  • Create engaging social media content for the company.
Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in computer repair, preferably in a senior role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Confident spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel between branch locations as needed.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) in Computing or a related field, with a minimum of 2:1.
  • At least 3 A Levels (or equivalent), including Maths, Computer Science, Science, or Media.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades 9-4, including Computer Science or Media (preferably).
