Our client is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.
Duration - 11 months
Location - 100% Onsite

Summary

The Global Privacy Operations team is responsible for managing privacy rights and enabling compliance with privacy regulations for the client's family of products. Our team is motivated by providing best in class, integrated operational solutions. As a contractor in our team, you'll bring your passion for privacy and operations together to support case management of privacy rights requests. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, impeccable judgement and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Document, review and process incoming data privacy requests
  • Independently investigate complex issues and extract insights
  • Apply knowledge of the incoming data privacy requests and deliver relevant insights into presentations
  • Effectively work with client employees to ensure operational project requirements are met
  • Assist in executing initiatives to improve the community's interaction with Meta
  • Support in maintaining process documentation
  • Join collaborative calls with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in consistency and accuracy verification
  • Maintain knowledge of up to date privacy regulations and industry best practices.

The Global Privacy Operations team manages privacy rights and ensures compliance with privacy regulations across company's products. The team focuses on delivering integrated, best-in-class operational solutions. As a contractor, they will: Support privacy rights case management by combining privacy expertise with operational skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating strong work ethic and sound judgment.

CIPP/CIPT/E/US/M/A certifications

Skillsets / Qualifications
  • Experience in data privacy, legal operations, tech support or paralegal role.
  • Experience solving privacy problems within an operations environment.
  • Communication experience with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and intellectually curious; showing resourcefulness when faced with limited options.
  • Experience acting independently across competing priorities and exercising good judgment.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to take clear direction from the client.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Law, Arts & Humanities or Data Protection.
