One of our top-tier insurance clients in Brussels is seeking a freelance Compliance Expert to lead the execution of their 2025 Compliance Action Plan, recently validated by the RMC and approved by the Audit Committee.

Your Mission:

You'll take ownership of key compliance domains:

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Conduct & Consumer Protection
• Cross-functional compliance initiatives including:
• Strategic reporting
• Automation & AI-driven projects
• Training and internal communication

Location: Brussels (hybrid/flexible possible)

Start: ASAP - long-term mission

Languages: Fluent in French or Dutch, and English

Your Profile:

• Proven track record in AML & Conduct risk
• Strategic thinker with operational excellence
• Comfortable engaging at senior stakeholder level
