The Role

The Compliance Senior Analyst (CRA, NIS2, EU Data, AI) plays a key role in establishing AVEVA's 2nd Line of Defence Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance capabilities. This position involves providing regulatory knowledge and actionable recommendations to enhance AVEVA's Security GRC processes and systems.

The successful candidate will integrate into the team, engage with stakeholders from technical SMEs to business leadership, and manage multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a regulatory obligations inventory aligned with the Security Policy Risk and Control framework.
  • Provide expertise and advice on regulatory implications.
  • Develop cost-effective strategies to satisfy obligations.
  • Enhance security frameworks and assessment programs to reflect regulatory requirements.
  • Create metrics for management reporting.
  • Build relationships to embed security risk practices operationally.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing GRC workflows.
  • Experience in risk identification, evaluation, and treatment, preferably data-driven.
  • 5+ years in a regulated environment, especially with CRA, NIS2, EU Data, and AI regulations.
Desired Skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and insightfulness skills.
